Everest (Nepalese) on April 3rd

Hello hello!

Last night, 5 of us biked through the Hill to and back on Southwest Ave. to get to Schlafly Bottleworks. 3 friends joined us by there by car. The food was great, and the beer even better. Our waitress was out of it, but everything else was perfect. I rode back with a gallon of beer strapped to my back (American Pale Ale and Cherry Cider), and am enjoying the APA right now.

Next Friday, April 3rd, we will be going to Everest Cafe for some Nepalese food. It's located in Forest Park Southeast and is supposed to be pretty great. The ride will be around 4.5 miles each way, and will be really flat. Please come and bring your friends! As normal, we will meet at the DUC on the Forsyth side at 5:00 and leave promptly at 5:15.

3/27 Ride to Schlafly Bottleworks

Last week's initial ride to Sweetie Pie's on Manchester was great! 6 of us cruised on a beautiful evening, and enjoyed a whole boatload of great soul food. I had four sides (okra, sweet potatoes, corn, and mac & cheese), cornbread, and catfish. It was sooooo good.

Anyway, this week we will be going to Schlafly Bottleworks! I've always wanted to go there, and I figured this would be a good time. I would like to leave a tad earlier this time, meaning 5:15 leaving time. Soooo...info:

Restaurant: Schlafly Bottleworks
When: Friday, 3/27. Meet at 5:00 and leave at 5:15.
Where: Meet in front of the DUC on the Forsyth side
Ride: 5-7 miles on the way there. We will ride through Clayton and Brentwood, then cut back to Schlafly. 3 miles on the way back.

Welcome to Will Bike For Food!

Howdy! This group is an informal "gathering" of students and others interested in biking to great restaurants in St. Louis. We get together in front of the Danforth University Center every Friday to ride around 10 miles round trip, with a great meal along the way. It's a great way to explore the great city of St. Louis, and break the WashU Bubble.
